Spray washers clean what they can reach. On hydraulic manifolds, threaded bores, blind holes, and tight internal passages, that's not enough. A vertical lift ultrasonic immersion cleaning system solves this by submerging the entire part — every surface, cavity, and channel — in heated aqueous solution while high-frequency ultrasonic energy and pneumatic lift agitation do the work.
The TUSR-Series Sonic Liftkleen combines total immersion, 40kHz ultrasonic cavitation (with 25kHz and 68kHz options), and a pneumatic air-operated lift platform that agitates parts vertically while submerged. The result is accelerated contamination removal on complex geometry that conventional washers cannot address. The deep V-shaped tank bottom focuses ultrasonic power directly on the work load. The automatic lid, cycle timer, and one-touch pneumatic controls reduce operator steps and support consistent, repeatable results across shifts.
