TL-Series Liftkleen™
High-Performance Immersion Cleaning Systems
The TL-Series Liftkleen™ functions as a custom agitating parts washer that meets cleaning demands in manufacturing, machining and assembly environments. This system is ideal for operations that require full-surface cleaning, access to internal cavities, and effective contamination removal across complex components. As a pneumatic lift immersion parts washer, each unit combines total immersion cleaning with controlled agitation to improve part cleanliness for production-critical industries.
Why Immersion Cleaning is Preferred
Immersion cleaning exposes every surface of the part to the cleaning solution. Blind holes, recessed areas, and narrow passages receive direct contact with chemistry that spray-only washers cannot reach. The TL Series Liftkleen™ builds on this advantage by combining:
- Total immersion cleaning
- Vertical lift platform agitation
- Optional Superflo™ pump jet action
This combination supports intensive cleaning for complex parts, stacked components, nested items or assemblies that require consistent results.
User-Friendly Operation and System Control
The TL-Series Liftkleen™ includes a wide range of sizes and options, along with controls that simplify operation. Adjustable pump settings, agitation strengths, cycle timers and automated wash sequences allow operators to adapt the cleaning process to real production needs.
One-touch control manages the pneumatic air system, lift platform and electronic components. The lid opens and closes automatically with platform motion. These elements create an easy-to-use, large-capacity cleaning system that fits high-mix and high-throughput facilities.
The TL-Series large capacity total immersion cleaners are available in both solvent (TLC) units and heated aqueous (TLH) units.
Customizable Cleaning Solutions for Industry Requirements
Many facilities handle parts with unique geometries, varying contamination levels, or different materials. The TL-Series Liftkleen supports these operational differences through flexible engineering and a range of available accessories. This adaptability makes the system suitable for:
- Machined, oily or metal-finished components in general manufacturing
- Automotive and transportation parts requiring removal of grease, oil, carbon and metal debris
- Medical device and aerospace components that must be cleaned before inspection or assembly
Custom tank sizing, agitation adjustments, heating options and filtration design allow teams to build a configuration that suits their throughput, cleanliness specifications and workflow. A heated agitating lift parts washer may be selected for faster cleaning or temperature-driven chemistry requirements, while applications involving large castings or dense assemblies benefit from the system’s function as a heavy-duty immersion parts washer.
