Why Immersion Cleaning is Preferred

Unlike standard spray cabinet washers, immersion cleaning exposes all surfaces of the part, including blind holes and small crevices, to the cleaning solution. By combining hands-off, total immersion cleaning, easy part load/unload, vertical lift platform agitation and optional Graymills Superflo™ pump jet action, the Liftkleen™ offers the most intensive, efficient immersion cleaning system available. Complex parts, stacked or nested parts are no problem.

The TL Series Liftkleen™ offers a variety of sizes and options, including pump, agitation, cycle timers, and automatic control of cleaning cycles, that make it the easiest-to-use, large size cleaner on the market.  One touch control of the pneumatic air system and electronic controls turns multi-function operation into a simple step with an automatically opening and closing lid. The TL Series large capacity total immersion cleaners and are offered in both solvent (TLC) and heated aqueous (TLH) versions.

Standard Features for Unheated (TLC) Models:

• Flow-thru brush and 300gph pump allow for detail cleaning
• GFCI protection
• Fusible Fire Link safety protection to automatically close lid in event of fire

Standard Features for Low-Temp Heated (TLH*L) Models:

• Maximum fluid temperature of 122°F (50°C)
• Flow-thru brush and 300gph pump allow for detail cleaning
• Stainless steel rack, platform, and tank for corrosion resistance
• 6kW of Heat for rapid temperature rise
• Low Liquid Heater Protection to disable heaters and prevent damage to machine in a low liquid situation

Standard Features for Heated (TLHS) Models:

• Stainless steel rack, platform, and tank for corrosion resistance
• 9kW of Heat for rapid temperature rise
• Digital thermostat for temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) with real-time temperature display
• Low Liquid Heater Protection to disable heaters and prevent damage to machine in a low liquid situation
• Fully insulated tank and lid to prevent heat loss and provide faster heat up

• Up to two 3/4Hp Agitation Pumps each producing 3300gph of improved in-tank cleaning action
• Filtration Packages to maintain fluid cleanliness (requires Agitation Pump)
