TR-Series Liftkleen™

Custom Multi-Stage Immersion Parts Washer Configurations

The TR-Series supports modular configurations through roller conveyor attachments that connect multiple units into a custom multi-stage immersion parts washer. A wash station, rinse station and dryer can be linked together to form a complete cleaning line. The cascade feature maintains fluid quality across connected stages by managing solution flow between tanks.

This modular approach allows facilities to build a system that matches their process requirements without committing to a single fixed layout. Stages can be added or reconfigured as production needs change.

• High-performance 550 CFM blower
• Selectable Heat: either 6kW or 12kW of heat to provide optimal drying
• Safety features: link in door to disable heaters and blower when door open; heaters disabled when blower not in operation
• Insulated tank and lid
• Lift platform aids in loading and unloading parts
• Stainless steel tanks, lifting mechanisms, and racks to ensure long life of unit
• Cycle timer to raise platform at end of cycle
