Ink Pumps
Graymills advanced pumps are engineered to meet the delivery requirements of both solvent and water-based inks and coatings; including UV. Graymills combination of quality features is evident inside and out and is unmatched by any other ink pump manufacturer in the world. Built right here in America for reliability, low maintenance and long life, Graymills pumps are fully warranted for one year. For complete flow, dimensional and other relevant information, select a specific pump model below. |
| Centrifugal Ink Pumps |
| This industry workhorse is low maintenance, takes a lot of abuse, and delivers
ink in a non-pulsating flow. Graymills models provide in-tank agitation to keep the material
in the container blended. Flow is easily controlled by the use of valves. Available in air or
electric with quick demountable motor coupler. |

| Diaphragm Ink Pump |
| These pumps operate by the movement of two flexible diaphragms,
which move back and forth, alternately filling and emptying two chambers. A variety of
applications are possible because the pump’s inlets and outlets can be configured in different
ways. Air operated pumps are inherently explosion proof. Good for higher viscosities.
Pump function produces pulsating flow, so surge suppressor/filter is recommended. |

| Peristaltic Ink Pump |
| Also known as a “tube” pump, the peristaltic utilizes a flexible tube which passes
through a head and is squeezed by two rollers pushing the ink to the print deck. A variable-
speed motor controls the flow. Pumps are reversible so that
ink can be drawn back from the print deck at the end of a run. Excellent for heavy viscosities. Optional removable head for Quick Changeover.
Available in air or electric.
